"As director of the Englewood Family YMCA, I wanted to write to let you know what a great job Reed Monks does servicing the pool at Lemon Bay High School. The YMCA provides open swim, aqua aerobics, swim lessons, swim team and camp swim programs at the Lemon Bay Pool. We never receive any complaints on the cleanliness of the pool from our participants. Many comment on how appreciative they are that they are able to utilize such a well maintained pool. Any maintenance type problems we have encountered have been quickly and efficiently corrected by Reed."

Not only is our regular service tech very friendly and professional, but he goes above and beyond to make sure to follow up if there are any needed repairs. The ladies over at the office are also excellent as well and are always a pleasure to deal with. Since I switched to Howard's Pool World, I haven't had any chemical issues and everything is nice and stable. I also would like to compliment their specialized chemists who they have and their repair techs as well. I never give excellent or ten on a survey because I always feel anything can be done better. I'm happy to say this is not true with Howard's. I have been with your company for nine years and I can't remember a single problem. I have dealt with your service person, many technician's and a number of people on the phone and have always received A-1 service. I am sort of a customer service freak (it is a hobby of mine to evaluate people at their jobs) and it is scary that you guys constantly come up with the right answers to my questions and or requests.
